Burger King – Athens International Airport: Surprisingly Delightful!
Tucked inside Athens International Airport, this Burger King branch completely exceeded my expectations. The space is impressively large, beautifully designed, and has a cheerful, almost playful atmosphere that makes waiting for your flight feel a little less ordinary.
What instantly stood out to me was the friendly and welcoming staff. While English isn’t their strongest suit, their warmth and willingness to help more than made up for it. I was especially touched to see that the staff included several older employees—it’s rare to see this kind of age diversity in fast food chains, and honestly, it made me happy. Huge respect to the organization for this inclusive hiring choice.
Another win? The self-service ordering kiosks. Super convenient, easy to use, and they help cut down on waiting time—no long queues here. And the location? Absolute gold. You get a clear view of the runway, which makes it a pretty cool spot to sit, eat, and plane-watch. Plus, there are lots of cute photo-friendly corners inside the restaurant itself.
All in all, this isn’t just a quick burger stop—it’s a feel-good airport experience. I genuinely loved this branch, and I’d happily come back next time I fly through Athens.- Φαγητό

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Burger King located in Athens Airport, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The restaurant's location is perfect for travelers, as it's conveniently situated within the airport, making it easily accessible for those in a hurry or with a layover.
What truly stood out was the combination of great food and a surprisingly peaceful atmosphere. Despite being in a bustling airport, the Burger King here seemed to be a hidden gem with fewer crowds compared to other dining options. This allowed for a more relaxed and enjoyable meal, which can be a rare find at an airport.
The food was, as expected, delicious. I tried their classic Whopper, and it was freshly prepared, juicy, and satisfying. The menu had a variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences, which is always a plus.
In addition to the food, the staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The seating area was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive impression.
If you're a traveler passing through Athens Airport and looking for a quick and tasty meal in a serene setting, Burger King is an excellent choice. The combination of its amazing location, great food, and the luxury of fewer crowds make it a standout option for airport dining.- Εξυπηρέτηση

Definitely one of the best Burger King restaurants I’ve visited! Large, spacious, with many convenient seats and sofas. Very clean and bright. Food was good as well, service is fast. If you need to spend some time at the airport in a calm place, definitely recommend it :)

A big restaurant with great tasty, it is my first time visit it, I enjoy the food very much, when I left the restaurant and looked for the train signs, I suddenly found I left my phone to the table, I rushed back to the Burger King. One staff noticed that I was looking for something, they asked me and gave the phone back to me! Really appreciated!!!

Whopper burger was satisfying tasty filling and juicy. Fries were crisp (consistently better then other fast food chains even when cold). Great view and hangout place especially if with kids to spot the planes on runway…

I have been waiting for such a long time! BK is my favourite of the fast food places. The Triple Whopper is just amazing. Fast service nice environment! Great experience!
Great and delicious only Burger King in whole Athens. Its nice to have 3le whopper with da fries and Coke. Burger King is where da real Burger is made out of 100% Beef. Delicious and Location is great when you are b4 or after flight trip. This is always a great address when you touch 1st time Athens
Awesome quality and wait time was very quick. Would order again. Bacon was fully cooked but not crispy which is fine and also the only downside.
Very good food. Quick service. They speak English. The bathroom was blocked with cleaning trolley. When we were finally allowed in, the bathroom was still very dirty.

As a burger king veteran (been coming here since 1954), i have to say this is the best burger king i’ve ever had. Even though i only had cheese bites, they were extraordinary! would deffo recommend driving here even if you aren’t travelling for the most life changing experience.
